Longboat Key Real Estate Photography

Gulf on one side, bay on the other, 12 miles of luxury condos and beachfront homes in between. Longboat photography is mostly about the water — getting it into the frame at the right time of day.

About Longboat Key

Longboat Key listings are dominated by waterfront. Even mid-island properties often have bay or Gulf views from upper floors. Our job is to make sure the water appears bright and saturated, not washed out — which means timing the shoot for the right light and using polarizing filters to cut surface glare.

What makes Longboat Key listings photograph well

Most Longboat photography divides into Gulf-front high-rises (Privateer, Beachplace, L'Ambiance, Promenade), bayfront and canal homes (mid-key, Longboat Key Club area), and beachside estates (especially in the north end). Each requires different shot strategy — high-rises need exterior framing that doesn't include neighboring buildings, beachfront needs drone for context, canal homes need dock + water shots.
