Palmetto FL Real Estate Photography

A quieter alternative to Bradenton, just across the Manatee River. Snead Island canals, Terra Ceia, downtown Palmetto historic homes — under-photographed waterfront we shoot regularly.

About Palmetto

Palmetto is small — only about 13,000 people — but it's perched on some of the best waterfront in the area. The Manatee River frontage is mature, with established homes and old-Florida character. Snead Island is a hidden canal community at the river's mouth. Terra Ceia to the north has a salt-flat island feel that's nearly impossible to find this close to Tampa Bay.

What makes Palmetto listings photograph well

Notable Palmetto areas: Snead Island (deep-water canal homes), Terra Ceia (waterfront Florida-keys feel), downtown Palmetto historic district, Bayshore Gardens (technically just south of the line), and Riviera Dunes (boating community). The Skyway Bridge view is a frequent drone composition for listings along the north Palmetto waterfront.
