- Signature — $360. 36 photos (30 home + 6 drone), short reel, 2D floor plan, 24-hour photo delivery. Best for under 1,600 sq ft listings.
- Premier — $550. 50 photos (40 + 10 drone), creative reel on pro camera, 2D floor plans, 50% off virtual tour.
- Platinum — $795. 72 photos (56 + 16 drone), scripted reel with realtor mic'd, 2D + 3D dollhouse floor plan, 50% off virtual tour.
Base prices cover homes up to 1,600 sq ft. Larger homes add $150 per additional 1,000 sq ft. Full pricing here.

LF Property Media serves all of Sarasota County and most of Manatee County. Standard service area includes Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Longboat Key, Bird Key, Palmer Ranch, Venice, Osprey, and Bradenton. Shoots outside that footprint are still available with a small travel fee — just send the address and we'll quote.
