Sarasota Real Estate Photography
We're based in Sarasota and shoot here every week. Downtown condos, single-family in Indian Beach, new builds in Hidden Lake — if it's listed in Sarasota proper, we've probably photographed something like it.
About Sarasota
Sarasota is the home market — where we live and where most LF Property Media shoots happen. From downtown condos with bay views to Sarasota School Mid-Century homes in Lido Shores to new construction in Hidden Lake, the variety in this market keeps the work interesting.
Because we're local, we know the things that don't show up in MLS data: which neighborhoods photograph best in morning light, which intersections have helpful pull-offs for setting up drone shots, which downtown high-rises have the cleanest sightlines from the rooftop. That local knowledge saves real shooting time.
What makes Sarasota listings photograph well
Most Sarasota proper listings have at least one of three photogenic features: water (Sarasota Bay, the Gulf, canals, intracoastal), architecture (Sarasota School, mid-century modern, contemporary), or landscape (mature oaks, palms, water features). Our job is to make sure those features hit the camera the way they hit the buyer in person.
Notable Sarasota proper neighborhoods we shoot regularly: Indian Beach, Lido Shores, Lido Key, downtown high-rises (Vue, BLVD, Ritz-Carlton Residences), Arlington Park, Southside Village, Hidden Lake, Granada, Bay Point, and historic neighborhoods like Laurel Park.
